The team at Experience Studio’s approached me to create visuals for a band called Sea Girls who were scheduled to perform at Reading & Leeds festival, with a little under two weeks to go before they were onstage.

The original brief: Make video screen visuals for their new single using archive and stock footage. The band wanted a collaged, multimedia look. In the end I worked with the Experience Studios team to create visuals for the entire set because they loved the initial concepts for the song. The final output incorporated live cameras, archive footage, stock, generative abstract textures and typographic timed to synchronise with the anthemic choruses and callouts in their songs.

This was a fast turnaround and all hands on deck type project where decision had to be made as we went and a lot of trust was placed on me as the art director and creative behind the visual output.
